2 months in Argentina!

Hello Family! :)

Ok so to start off, I can't believe what happened to Dallyn!!  (Dallyn was in a car accident on Friday night. She was on a group date and the driver lost control, jumped a curb, went down an embankment, hit a tree & spun around 180 degrees and then hit a cement pole. She was in the front seat but walked away with some cuts and bruises on her face and neck. The driver hurt his foot, one passenger hit his head and got a concussion, another passenger broke 3 bones in one foot and 2 in the other, and a fourth passenger hit his head and has a black eye. Luckily they were in an old BMW that was built like a tank. It was totaled but everyone survived with minor injuries. We are grateful to the Lord for the impression to pray for all the kids on the date after they left and for answering our prayers and protecting them all that evening!) :( When I found out I was freaking out. I'm still freaking out, like my hands are shaking :P I'm so happy that she is ok though. I was and am still a little worried. Thank you Dallyn for writing me and telling me what happened!! I needed to hear what happened! You're in my prayers every day, especially that nothing will happen, harm or accident, that you will all be watched over and protected. So this was a scary thing to read :P but I know that God has blessed us, that it was an accident but that everyone is safe. And that is a tremendous blessing. I'm so grateful that everyone is ok. And idk that Austin kid, but tell Bennett I love him, and to hang in there like a champ. That flipping BMW has gone through a lot haha.

Happy Birthday this week Dakota!!! Wow, he´ll be  teenager!! That is so crazy :) Hey I love you buddy, and have an awesome birthday!! The day before Conference, that´s so neat!

I'm super excited for Conference! I'm going to be watching it in English :) I decided to, because my mission president said something really interesting about that. That in English we get to hear the word of God directly from the mouth of a Prophet. And I never looked at it that way before! So I love English, and I'm planning on listening in English. I also love reading the talks of prophets and apostles in the past. I'm just so fascinated by the things they say, especially when I have time to think. My mind works so slow haha, so when I get to read, and think about what I'm reading, I feel like I learn a lot more. So any spare time I have, I'm reading off talks that I´ve printed off, or reading an LDS book. It´s been a blessing for me to do that and I also learn so much! And Neal A Maxwell, wow! I feel like I'm reading Spanish sometimes :) This has really strengthened my testimony of Prophets and apostles.

So good news! two kids, Danilo and Rocio, ages 16 and 13, came to church! Our first investigators with a baptismal date that have come to church :) They are two really spiritually prepared kids, they really understand so much about the gospel and have great testimonies. So I'm excited for them :)

I also had my first showdown with a Jehovah´s Witness! And that was crazy... haha. Like this guy just started saying stuff and talking about the Bible and prayer and Jehovah and I just kept bearing my testimony and saying random things. They are intimidating people! They really like to argue :P Elder Bravo just sat and watched, I think he got a good kick out of watching me struggle and not know what to do haha. But I survived haha :)

This is mas o menos what happened this week :) A lot has been continuing from the weeks before, but we´re going :) Thank you so much for your emails, they have been very supportive and loving :) and they have helped so much! I am constantly amazed by the life and testimony of Joseph Smith, that he could endure those trials. My testimony of him has grown so much lately! I know he was a prophet of God, the Prophet of the restoration.

You guys are the best!
